Quotes

A quote holds for fifteen days and is based on the inventory you describe. If the actual load is significantly larger, we will tell you before loading and you can decide.

Booking and payment

Twenty per cent confirms the date. The balance is due on delivery, before unloading. We accept cash, UPI, NEFT and card.

What we do not carry

Cash, jewellery, documents, gas cylinders, inflammable liquids, plants and pets. Please keep valuables with you.

Delivery times

Transit times are estimates based on normal road conditions. Weather, strikes, breakdowns and check-post delays can extend them. We keep you informed rather than going silent.

Damage

Claims must be raised at delivery, before signing. Without transit insurance, liability is limited to the value declared at booking. With insurance, the policy terms apply.

Cancellation

Cancel more than forty-eight hours before the move and the advance is refunded in full. Inside forty-eight hours we retain it, because the vehicle and crew were blocked for you.
