Every week a truck of ours unloads somewhere in Goa. We do not have an office there and we will not pretend otherwise — we pack your house in Bangalore, drive it across, and hand it over at your new address.
None of it is difficult once it has been planned. It only becomes difficult when a loaded truck arrives at a gate nobody warned it about, and the meter is running while a watchman makes a phone call.

Deliveries go regularly to Panaji, Margao, Vasco da Gama, Mapusa, Porvorim and Calangute, and to the rest of the city besides. If your address is not one of those it is almost certainly still covered — Goa is not large enough for us to turn a street down, and we will say so plainly if it ever is.
Getting into your building in Goa
Villas and gated projects have no fixed move-in hours. Older houses in Fontainhas and the Latin quarter have doorways and staircases that need measuring before anything large goes up.
Village roads across north and south Goa are single-lane with a wall on each side. A full container does not attempt them — the load transfers to a tempo at the main road and goes in from there.
The Goa detail we plan around
Between December and mid-January the roads north of Panaji are solid with tourist traffic. Deliveries in that fortnight are booked for the first half of the morning or they lose the day.
The day the truck reaches Goa
- A call the evening before with a delivery window — not a vague "sometime tomorrow".
- Another call about an hour out, so you are at the gate instead of waiting all morning.
- Our supervisor deals with the Goa building office: gate entry, lift booking, crew ID, whatever is asked for.
- Cartons go in room by room rather than piling up in the hall.
- Beds, wardrobes and tables are reassembled and stood where you want them.
- Empty cartons and packing waste leave with us, and the balance is due only after you have checked everything.
What a Bangalore to Goa move costs
Expect ₹14,000 to ₹28,000 for a 1 BHK, ₹22,000 to ₹42,000 for a 2 BHK and ₹30,000 to ₹60,000 for a 3 BHK. Add ₹9,000 to ₹22,000 if a car is going too, or ₹4,000 to ₹9,000 for a bike. A fifth of the total blocks your date and the rest waits until the goods are with you.

If the dates do not line up
Possession dates slip. When they do, your goods stay racked and covered in our Bangalore godown with an inventory against your name, and travel to Goa when you are ready. Charges run by the day, not by the month.

Yes. Goods stay racked and covered in our Bangalore warehouse until you are ready, and you are charged for the days actually used. Tell us as soon as you know the date has moved.
