Where in Delhi we deliver

Half the moves we book to "Delhi" are not in Delhi at all — the flat is in Noida, Gurugram or Ghaziabad, which are three different states with three different sets of border paperwork. We ask for the full address at booking so nothing is discovered at a toll plaza at 2am.

What delivery day looks like in Delhi

1. You get a delivery window the previous evening and a call when the truck is an hour from Dwarka.
2. The supervisor reaches ahead of the vehicle and clears the building formalities.
3. Nothing is carried up until the lift or the staircase route is agreed with the watchman.
4. Boxes are placed in the room they were packed from — the labels are written for exactly that.
5. Furniture is reassembled, appliances stood level, and the packing material taken away.
6. You check the inventory against the list, and only then does the balance become due.
