A small local move can often happen the same day if you call in the morning. For a full house or an outstation move, two to three days lets us put the right vehicle and crew on it. Month-ends book out fastest.

Raise it at delivery, before signing. We pack to avoid it, but if something goes wrong we deal with it directly. For long-distance moves we recommend transit insurance, which covers the declared value and comes with a policy document before the truck leaves.

Cash, jewellery, important documents, gas cylinders, inflammable liquids, plants and pets. Keep valuables with you — no transporter should be carrying them.

Yes. Goods go into a covered warehouse, wrapped and stacked on pallets, with an inventory you get a copy of. Billing is monthly and there is no penalty for taking them out early.

We do. The phone is answered 24/7. Some apartment associations do not permit moves on Sundays, so check with yours before fixing the date.

Not if the load matches what you described. The quote we give in writing is the bill you pay. If the actual load turns out to be much larger, we will tell you before loading, not after.
