JK Bros Packers and Movers has been shifting homes and offices out of Bangalore since 2010. That is 16 years, more than 15,000 completed moves, and the same phone number the whole time.
We started small — one vehicle, a few men, mostly local jobs around Arekere and BTM. The work grew the way it does in this business: one customer tells another. Today we run local moves across all of Bangalore and long-distance jobs to every major city in India, but the way we work has not changed much.
How we are different
Most complaints about packers come down to three things — the crew turns up late, the bill grows at the end, and nobody answers the phone afterwards. We built our process around fixing exactly those.
