Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancelling a booking

• More than 48 hours before — full refund of the advance
• Within 48 hours — advance retained, as the vehicle and crew were held for you
• On the day — advance retained, plus any cost already incurred

If we cancel

If we cannot do the job on the agreed date for any reason of ours, you get the full advance back the same day, and we will help you find another mover.

Refund timing

Refunds go back the way they came within five to seven working days.

Rescheduling

Moving your date is free with more than twenty-four hours notice, subject to availability. There is no rescheduling fee.
