What we are trying to do

Make moving house in Bangalore boring. No haggling on the morning of the move, no crew that vanishes at lunch, no bill that grows by a third at delivery.

How we get there

• Quote honestly, even when a lower number would win the job
• Pack as though every carton is going to be dropped once
• Answer the phone, including after the money has been paid
• Keep the same crew long enough that they get good at it

Where we want to be

The company people in Bangalore recommend without being asked. That is the whole plan.
